Biography

The Advancement Operations team is comprised of prospect management, event operations, gift processing, and database management personnel. This group is ultimately responsible for extending the ability of College fundraisers to better locate, cultivate, and solicit potential donors. Specific charges include:

  • Capturing, managing, and distributing constituent-related information
  • Managing and tracking donor prospects through the cultivation cycle Conducting prospect research
  • Managing, facilitating, and/or tracking development-related events across campus
  • Processing, receipting, and acknowledging gifts, grants, and related transactions
  • Generating mailing lists and custom reports Administering Raiser’s Edge accounts and training users
  • Crafting policies and processes to streamline advancement operations.
