Graduate Interdisciplinary Arts, Graduate Interdisciplinary Arts & Media, Graduate Book & Paper (INACTIVE) On 2015-02-03 the Interim Dean of the School of Fine and Performing Arts announced that the Art + Design department (RG 08.01.01) and the Interdisciplinary Arts department (RG 08.03.04), of the School of Media Arts, would merge certain resources and split others to form two new departments: Art and Art History department (RG 08.01.10) and Design department (RG 08.01.11), both of which would be part of the School of Fine and Performing Arts (RG 08.01); This change was to be effective for Fall 2015
