On 2015-02-03 the Interim Dean of the School of Fine and Performing Arts announced that the Center for Book and Paper Arts (RG 08.03.04.01), which had been overseen by the Interdisciplinary Arts department (RG 08.03.04), and Anchor Graphics (RG 09.06) would merge to form the Center for Book, Paper and Print (RG 08.01.10.01) as sub-set of the newly formed Art and Art History department (RG 08.01.10)
On 2015-07-09, an email from the Academic Affairs department announced that Anchor Graphics and Center for Book and Paper Arts had officially merged:
"The School of Fine and Performing Arts is delighted to announce the official merger of Anchor Graphics and the Center for Book and Paper Arts, which have come together as the new Center for Book, Paper and Print. This merger will fully integrate the Center for Book, Paper and Print (CBPP) within the new Art & Art History (AAH) Department and afford opportunities to expand studio support for new and existing graduate and undergraduate degree programs; to increase the visibility of CBPP programs locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally; and to create new opportunities for students to work with established artists through CBPP programs. "
